As the first part of Ring Road 3, component 1A project has a length of 8.22km (of which 6.30km is in Dong Nai province, the rest 1.92km is in Ho Chi Minh City), with total investment. about 6,900 billion VND and divided into 2 packages including the construction of the Nhon Trach bridge and road part. The project has the starting point of intersection with provincial road 25B in the territory of Phu Thanh commune, Nhon Trach district, and the end point of intersection with the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay highway in Thu Duc City (HCMC).
A push for Dong Nai real estate

In addition, this is also a route connecting to Long Thanh International Airport. Therefore, when the project is put into operation, it will reduce the load on National Road 51, and at the same time serve the needs of transporting goods of enterprises in industrial zones in the Nhon Trach district.
As an important project in connecting a series of key highways in the South, Nhon Trach Bridge will promote trade between localities, create a big push and open many doors. opportunities for real estate in the East of Ho Chi Minh City.
Many experts estimate that, when Nhon Trach Bridge and Ring Road 3 are completed, this will be a lever for local real estate to thrive, contributing to socio-economic promotion for Dong Nai province. One of the “hot spots” attracting investors is the Nhon Trach district (Dong Nai) – a locality with a large vacant land fund and increasingly complete infrastructure. Besides Ring 3, a series of transport infrastructure projects have been implemented that promise to bring “new strength” to the real estate market in Dong Nai in particular and the entire Southeast region in general.
