With a fast payment schedule, customers will pay 100% after 20 days and be notarized to transfer the certificate with a discount of 2% of the total value of the land lot. With the standard payment schedule, customers need to pay 30% in the 2nd installment after 20 days from the date of signing the deposit agreement. And the 3rd installment with the remaining 70%, within 20 days from the 2nd payment to receive the notarized transfer of the certificate.

When buying the project, customers are given a construction package to build a river front embankment, an additional 2-seat Kayak and a package to move from the pier to the location of the plot within 24 months.
