Relevant units are finalizing specific investment plans to submit to competent authorities for consideration in the coming time.
At the same time, the My Thuy intersection project is a key traffic project of Ho Chi Minh City with a total capital of nearly VND 2,400 billion. Once the project is completed, it will solve traffic congestion issues, well meet the needs of transporting goods to Cat Lai port and connect with Ring Road 2 from Phu My Bridge to Ho Chi Minh City – Long highway. Accordingly, option 1 is to expand Nguyen Thi Dinh street from My Thuy intersection to Cat Lai ferry. Option 2 is to build a road connecting Cat Lai – Phu Huu port and expand Nguyen Duy Trinh street, section from Ring 2 to the road leading to Phu Huu port according to the approved right-of-way.

For an investment project to build a parallel road from Mai Chi Tho street through Nam Rach Chiec residential area to Vanh Dai 2 street (at An Phu intersection along the Long Thanh – Dau Giay highway), City People’s Committee.
